County Louth Overview

County Louth Golf Club, known as ‘Baltray’, is a links course of the highest pedigree and is currently ranked among the top 5 courses to play in Ireland. Located in the historic Boyne valley region on the East coast of Ireland, this award-winning golf club is extremely well located: 45 minutes from Dublin Airport and 90 minutes from Belfast.

In 2004 and 2009 County Louth Golf Club hosted the European Tour’s Irish Open. On the latter occasion, the club was etched into Irish golfing history when it famously became the venue where 2019 Open Champion Shane Lowry won the Irish Open as an Amateur.
