The chef prides himself on making everything from scratch, from ice cream to pastry and everything in between. He’s renowned for baking the area’s undisputed best scones, shortbread, and bridies. And his culinary talents extend to sizzling steaks, succulent halibut, delectable crab cakes, and house-cured salmon – a true feast for the senses!
