Course Overview

Dumbarnie Links

Dumbarnie Links may be one of the newer courses in Scotland but it’s quickly being recognized as one of the best, ranking 24th in the list of best Scotland courses.  The golf course faces south on the north shore of the Firth of Forth in a beautiful and secluded corner of the East Neuk of Fife and affords panoramic views across the Forth Estuary to Muirfield, North Berwick and the city of Edinburgh as well as water views from fourteen holes on what is classified as genuine links land.  The clubhouse is situated 100-feet above sea level with a spectacular sweeping view across the golf course and the bay.

Dumbarnie Links was founded, developed and designed by renowned course architect, Clive Clark. Mr. Clark is an Englishman and a former Ryder Cup player who has been designing golf courses for the last 30 years. He has been involved in the design of 35 golf courses, with many of these receiving national and international awards.

The exciting Clive Clark design incorporates three potentially drivable Par-4s and features many thought provoking holes that engender ‘risk and reward’. This true links was designed not to intimidate the golfer, but rather to inspire and elicit anticipation.
