Waterville Golf Links Overview

Waterville is rated among the top five courses in Ireland and the top 20 links courses in the world. The course embarked on a new chapter of its fabled history when noted international golf architect Tom Fazio was commissioned to update the memorable Eddie Hackett masterpiece. “Everything about Waterville is truly spectacular, said Fazio”. “The setting is one of the best I have seen for golf”.

“I don’t want to spread the word too much but my favorite golf course in Ireland is Waterville (Co Kerry). I love it down there in that part of the world, it’s just a magical, magical part of Ireland and the hospitality I’ve received the few times I’ve been to Waterville has been second to none. I reckon it’s just a fantastic Golf Club.”  Graeme McDowell.
